Terms

The responsibilities that keep property discovery useful, honest, and safe for Jodhpur buyers and sellers.

Marketplace role

Jodhpur Properties is a marketplace for property sale listings in Jodhpur. It helps buyers discover approved listings and contact sellers. It is not a party to a property sale, broker mandate, payment, registration, loan, or possession arrangement between users.

Availability, prices, property condition, and seller intentions can change. Use the marketplace as a discovery tool, not as the sole basis for a financial or legal decision.

Accounts and access

Use your own Google account and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in account. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading identities, bypass access controls, scrape protected contact information, or interfere with the service.

We may restrict or remove access when needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Seller responsibility

A seller or agent must have authority to advertise the property and must submit current, accurate, and complete information. Images must depict the property or relevant site honestly. Prices, location, area, contact details, ownership claims, approvals, and availability must not mislead buyers.

Sellers remain responsible for answering buyer questions, correcting changed information, handling contact lawfully, and completing any legally required disclosure, registration, or professional obligation.

Admin review is limited

An admin reviews a submitted listing for required information, usable images, sale-only relevance, and marketplace rules before it can appear publicly. Review can identify obvious omissions or unsuitable content.

Approval is not identity certification, title verification, legal advice, a valuation, an engineering inspection, an endorsement, or a guarantee that a property or seller is genuine, lawful, accurate, available, or suitable.

Buyer due diligence

Before paying, signing, or sharing sensitive information, independently verify the seller’s authority, title and encumbrances, land use and approvals, dimensions and boundaries, dues, access, utilities, physical condition, and the final transaction documents.

Use appropriately qualified legal, tax, surveying, engineering, and financial professionals. Visit the property and obtain current records from the relevant authorities. Do not transfer money solely because a listing appears on Jodhpur Properties.

Prohibited listings and conduct

Do not submit lease-only offers, fraudulent or duplicate listings, property you cannot lawfully advertise, discriminatory content, unlawful development claims, stolen or deceptive images, malicious files, spam, or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Do not request advance fees through deceptive urgency, misuse buyer contact details, harvest accounts, manipulate marketplace systems, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

Moderation and takedowns

The current admin workflow can approve or reject pending submissions. Rejected submissions do not appear publicly. It does not provide an admin control to pause, edit, unpublish, archive, or remove an already approved listing.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, misrepresents a property, or creates a safety risk, email the listing URL and a factual explanation. Sending a report does not itself change the listing’s status.

Service availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the marketplace useful, but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of listings or enquiries, a successful sale, or permanent storage of drafts. Features may change, stop, or require maintenance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for their decisions, communications, and transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
